Asset Management – overall portfolio performance, value creating strategies and full reporting;
Rent Collection – Accurate and punctual rent collection with swift transfer of funds;
Service charges – assess annual costs, on-account payments, prompt end of year reconciliations;
VAT – dealt with appropriately and professionally;
Insurance – renewals, premium collections, manage claims;
Leases – assignments and notices, reviews and expiries; and
Technical – planning, health and safety, disability discrimination, works, tenders, specifications, dilapidations, party wall, building regulations.
Quarterly reporting to client(s) as required.
